Methodology

Huff Consulting Inc. approaches each potential client as having unique and specialized project management requirements.  We determine their goals, objectives, and expectations for success they desire from a relationship with a consulting firm.  We develop a proposed strategy to meet these expectations.  The proposed strategy is derived from over twenty years of experience in the project management profession and our individual consultant’s certification with the Project Management Institute (PMI®) (PMP® – Project Management Professional).
